2010-2011 Spectrum Hot Lunch Program
Below you will find the hot lunch menu order form. Mondays through Thursdays, our program will be provided by Community Kitchens, a local catering service. Please circle each day your child has ordered hot lunch and submit a check for the monthly total by the deadline specified on the order form. Each lunch ordered costs $3.75 and includes everything except a beverage.
The pizza order form for Friday lunches is below as well. Pizza lunch will be tallied/served by our Upper School students. Friday Pizza is a very important fundraiser for their spring Upper School trip. The pizza slices include a small profit per slice and help make the trip more affordable for all our Spectrum Upper School students.
Please attach SEPARATE forms for each child and one check per family made out to Spectrum School for the Community Kitchens and Pizza order forms. Make sure to include each child’s full name and class level on each order form. No orders will be placed without advance payment.
