Jamaican Elective Week!

We played the Lost My Ring game with cups. Students guessed which cups had the ring while it was moving during the song. We practiced jump roping to a Jamaican poem and learned the Banana Boat Song- Day-O. We like the children’s version of Bob Marley’s One Love One.

Fables!

Our Upper School buddies shared their fables with us. They also shared the Greek myth of how the seasons came to be.

We found out if you group items into groups of ten, it’s much easier to count to 100!

We played the singing valentine game this week in Music!
