Alumni

Hello Spectrum Alumni!

Greetings from Spectrum School. As you may know, we were established in 1967 and have been changing children’s lives in the greater Rockford area since then. Many alumni tell us that although Spectrum is an elementary school, the love of learning, independent thinking, and social awareness taught at Spectrum became foundational for the rest of their life. We are reaching out at this time to further develop our alumni database. First off, we would like to hear from you…what you are doing, where you are in your life. Secondly, we are developing an alumni newsletter and would like you to be included in that. And finally, we would like to help Spectrum Alumni connect with each other, both at Alumni events we are hosting and through our expanded alumni directory.

Please fill out the survey linked here and indicate what type of communication you would like to receive, alumni only or both alumni and general communications. Great things are happening at Spectrum and we would like everyone to know. Thank you for contributing. We look forward to hearing from you!

Living the Spectrum Life

Celebrating alum Ryan Bernsten and his recently published book, “50 States of Mind” with events at Barnes & Noble and Spectrum School!

Alum and Lieutenant Colonel Dan Langan came back to Spectrum to chat with our students about his life experiences and answers all of their questions!

Congrats to alum Larry Larson, who won the Beloit Sky Carp Dream Job Competition!
