Music with Ms. Sue!
We sang about the first day of autumn or Autumnal Equinox. The students enjoyed playing the group concentration game using names.
Birdsongs & Beyond Week 2!
Students learned about the Cardinal and Black-Capped Chickadee, played Boomwhackers to the song “Rockin’ Robin”, and learned about the different purposes of feathers.
They also like playing the card game, “Bird Calls”, and took a hike to look for birds and nests. The class has enjoyed the Merlin app to identify bird calls. Students also identified Blue Jays in the trees around Spectrum!
