Thinking, Creating, Reflecting: Impacting the Future

Wildthings’ Adventures: Oct.22 – Oct.26

After working hard in the classroom all week, Severson Dells was a great end-of-the-week experience!

A few housekeeping reminders:

When needed, don’t forget to leave your car seats and label them.

NATURE SCHOOL parents: Students MUST have a warm coat, mittens, and a hat. I will be wearing my thermal base layers this week because last week was COLD. If you have not purchased your child’s warm winter gear yet please do so ASAP. Keeping your babies warm and safe is priority. It’s getting too cold for rubber boots my toes were freezing a week or two ago so I’m certain the kids were as well.

And now, our week in review!

Halloween-themed education!

This week, our class covered a lot of material, most of it tying together with Halloween. We learned the letter H, we read spooky stories such as “Creepy Carrots” and “Night Song”, and our rhyme for this week (and next) was, “Flutter, flutter, little bat!”

Severson Dells Field Trip!

Our Field Trip to Severson Dells was a great way to cap our week of working hard in the classroom by enjoying the outdoors! Enjoy the pictures!!

Be sure to check back next week for new entries in the Wildthings' Adventures!
