Thinking, Creating, Reflecting: Impacting the Future

Sprouts’ Accounts! Mar. 2 – Mar. 6

FYI for families who are not here on Tuesdays: Spring pictures are Tuesday March 10th from 11:00am-12:30pm!

This Week in Preschool!

We celebrated Dr Seuss’ birthday! We have been reading a Dr Seuss book (or 2) a day. We have been working on beginning sounds and tried to make new “at” words (for Cat in the Hat). We read “ There’s a Wocket in my Pocket” and identified rhyming words and created our own wockets for our pockets. We experimented with water and cornstarch to make oobleck. The Sprouts worked on counting out syllables as well as counting monsters and worked on number order for “monster munchies”. We also practiced connecting sounds to physical items (this is to practice sound-symbol relationships) when we played Guess the Sound!
