Bio

Although recently relocating to Rockford from the shore of Lake Michigan when my husband accepted a job promotion, I feel like a local girl because I spent my elementary years living in Capron.

My three adult children are off living their best lives in Atlanta, Kansas City, and Madison. Since I have no grandbabies to spoil, most of my free time is spent with my husband and my long-haired chihuahua, Lizzy. We love to escape the craziness of life at our lake house in Upper Michigan.

Glitter is my favorite color, and my ADHD brain is constantly distracted by shiny things. Why?" is my favorite question, and I can spend hours trapped in a rabbit-hole of research trying to answer enigmas. My yearning to create beauty around me, is limited by my lack of drawing ability, so my favorite mediums are yarn, glass, mosaics, and fabric. I love watching movies, especially historical fiction. I enjoy growing beautiful flowers that are eaten by the rabbits who live under my neighbor's deck. My perfect day would be spent on the water; either on a cruise or my jet-ski.
