Sign Language Elective!
Monday’s Sign Language class was a good one! I kicked things off by taking attendance completely in sign language. It’s a great way to practice receptive skills! After a review of last week’s signs, we moved on to numbers and colors. We also learned about our “signing space” and “fingerspelling space.” We ended with a worksheet and a fingerspelling memory game.

Land of Lorcana Elective!
Lorcana is a great game that combines math, strategy, thinking ahead, patience, all bundled up alongside memorable Disney characters! Week 2 of Land of Lorcana saw us continuing to get familiar with text on the cards, exploring class-favorite character cards like Cruella De Vil, Jasmine, and Rapunzel, and more gameplay! Side note: how come I just taught Dylan the game, and he’s beat me both times we’ve played?!
