Thinking, Creating, Reflecting: Impacting the Future

Intermediate Elementary Highlights! Feb. 26 – Mar. 1

School Garden Thoughts...

In preparation for our upcoming trip to Anderson Japanese Garden, we are thinking about how to add the elements of water, rock, and green to our school garden!

Fudgemania!

After reading “Fudgemania” by Judy Blume our little group went out and learned how to play baseball/ kickball on Tuesday. Even added a picnic lunch afterwards. 70 degrees in February, what a perfect day for it!

Heather builds on our AJG prep with an art lesson on coi...and it is a diphthong!

Differentiated Math challenges!

All School Sharing!

During All School Sharing: Leadership edition this week, Intermediate shared qualities of a good leader, as well as our Weather unit!

I love it when a group gets down to writing; what will you do with your extra day?

Mr. Karsen!

Mr. Karsen, our RU pre-service teacher, gets student input on his history lesson plan….either Ancient Greece or Ancient Egypt. Our IEs are always full of ideas!

In a quiet moment, Julia reads Chasing Vermeer to the class!

Getting ready for our Hee-Haw Hoedown!
