Dear Spectrum Families and Friends,
Your 2022-23 re-enrollment packet includes a new document (with much credit to Board member Alan Robinson for its development), on how our Spectrum “levels” align to the Relational Learning Framework. We are using this framework to strengthen coherence and self-directed learning across all the instructional levels. Our professional learning this year is focused on this framework, with Erika Twani’s (Becoming Einstein’s Teacher) team facilitating the work and conversations for continuous improvement.
We hope this crosswalk across levels helps parents and community members better understand our unique efforts to develop in children a capacity for thinking, collaborating, problem-solving, decision-making, and taking ownership of their own learning.
