Just a heads up…Monday, we discussed and practiced an intruder drill. i explained this as a way to keep us safe inside the building. We locked the door and covered the windows and sat under our tables. We will have an all-school practice next week. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Creat-ova-tors are using non-fiction texts to find answers to vocabulary clues while learning about natural resources!
Creat-ova-tors also explored how natural gas is moved along pipelines through a simulation using a baking soda/vinegar chemical reaction. They also had to use Math to scale the original ingredients to fit smaller jars.

On Tuesday, Nathan and Kaylee showed our class their whale-themed video game creations, accompanied with music they created for each scene!

The Brainstormers had a Poetry Slam on Friday! Everyone had a chance to share their pocket poems and black out poetry that they have been working on this month!
