Thinking, Creating, Reflecting: Impacting the Future

Preschool Highlights! Apr. 8 – Apr. 12

It’s worm weather!

This week, we made mud together. We even touched it, wiggled some worms through it and made animal tracks on paper. Tomorrow we might have some real worms to explore!

Composting Worms!

Checking out our composting worms in Preschool! We’ll feed them all of our fruit and veggie scraps and release them into the Spectrum Garden at the end of the year!

Preschool just really loves worms!

Using our fingers to make fingerprint worms! Where do worms live?

Rhythm Patterns!

Students created 4-beat rhythm patterns with quarter notes, quarter rests, eighth notes, and half notes. Students were given the rhythm pattern to clap and then create using popsicle sticks and pipe cleaners. The student musicians did a great job!

Nadia and Cecelia measured, hammered and worked together with the blocks!
