Thinking, Creating, Reflecting: Impacting the Future

Travelers’ Tales! Oct. 11 – Oct. 15

Happy Monday!

We beat the rain and got to do a little exploring and leaf collecting!

Leafy Fun!

We are learning a new poem, Leafy Fun!
Leaves around me on the ground.
There is so much fun to be found.
I rake them up in a really big pile.
Then I jump right in with a great big smile!

On Tuesday, we celebrated Julian’s 4th birthday! Happy Birthday Julian!

Bailey was pretty excited to show off her new light up shoes with Ironman!

Name writing...with a twist!

On Wednesday, we did a little name writing on paper hanging on the cabinets. This is great for developing shoulder stability which helps aid in better control with writing utensils.

A dinosaur park with giant creatures!

Leaves Experiment & Craft!

These little Travelers practiced their cutting skill and made a Leaf Man from the story Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert. We also did an experiment with real leaves and paper leaves. Which floats to the ground first? See what your child found out!

Morning arrival in the Travelers' classroom is such a fun time!

Rainbow Trail!

We went on a big adventure Friday, and the kids did an awesome job! We hiked the rainbow trail!! It lead us to the Aldeen Dam!

Have a relaxing weekend!
